Once I started stripping away all the years of shame and repression about my body all I found was loneliness. I don't know if I should continue.

There is a book called the unbearable lightness of being that I am reading right now and it talks a bit about this feeling. I hope you have in the year since writing this, continued on your quest to shed yourself of bodyhate; and that it has not resulted in more loneliness. You deserve others who love you as much as you are learning to love you; and more.
