Ok so I have a question now. When did it become socially unacceptable to mention God or Jesus on public television? I guess it’s the context in which it’s used that can be offensive and yet Bitch is now socially acceptable in any context. Meanwhile ass can only be used alone not paired as in ass hole and honestly I find it easier to hear “oh my god did that just happen?” and “Jesus Christ yes it did” than “shut up bitch” and “Then stop being an ass.” But that’s just little agnostic me I suppose it could be more offensive to piss your deity off than to have someone refer to you as a female dog.
