Vulnerable

Vulnerable. I hate being vulnerable, but I know I will get some form of growth from it. Being vulnerable with friends and family. It's really tough for me to take off my layers and personas sometimes. I want to be vulnerable, and know that I won't be laughed off or pushed aside or not taken seriously. I take other people's moments seriously, and take them as they come. Why can't I have the same?

I'm so uncomfortable showing vulnerability to my friends. Except for one or two of them, who have to deal with all of it. I can't imagine why they would want to be close to me.
