Cheating

Is it ok to be cheating while you are in a relationship or even married? I hear of these "open" relationships and I have to wonder does one person hide the fact they are secretly jealous of what their spouse or partner is doing? Or do they not care? Or do they love the person so much they would stop at nothing to make their other half happy? I personally think to each is own and if you like it I love it. Why do married individuals stray? Why even get married or stay married? My ex father in law used to say "it is cheaper to keep her" what in the actual hell? She showed him she made him pay even after she was gone. He had to pay to her estate and he did not understand why. I did she built a life with him of over twenty plus years. He went after her pension and she went after his......what a shit show. I plan to remain single because of these fucked up relationships I have been around my entire life!
