Complicated

...and then it got complicated. it was inevitable really, and the decision we will stick by sucks but was the right one. but it is so, so strange to have made this decision knowing that neither of us wanted to do it.

the arrangement, at first glance, seemed so straightforward. now I don't know what the best course of action is; it's all a tangled mess that nobody wanted. we're all trying to avoid hurting anybody, and in the process hurting ourselves. lose-lose all round, I guess.
