Interest

Whatever I see, I want to pursue. Whatever kind of art, science, or other interesting occupation, I want to do exactly that. It takes only a moment of watching a master at a particular genre of music, or seeing a painting in a particular style, or reading an article about a particular scientific field, for me to decide that that is exactly what I want to devote my life to. Unfortunately, I don't have the hundreds of lifetimes that would be necessary to make good on all of these promises to myself.
