Ulcer

So the internet says I have an ulcer, but I'm not enough of a hypochondriac to really believe that. All I know is, I'm in a lot of pain, and being in a lot of pain makes me furious. Especially since there's nowhere open for the next hour and a half. And I can't fucking sleep because I'm in too much pain to clear my mind enough. I hate being alive.
