There seem to be clusters of people around New England, the UK, and the Midwest. They would have to be region-specific parties.
Masks wouldn't be necessary, but they'd be fun. Costume parties are the shit.
Put them in centralized, easy to travel to, major cities and I think more people would be able to go.... And I agree, it does sound like fun!
