I like reading about quantum mechanics and not understanding a word of it. It's such a humbling experience! It makes me feel like I'm not alone, I guess? I feel like there's only so much reading about higher-level sciences one can do before picking it up though. And that's really depressing! Where do you go from quantum mechanics? Astrophysics? And then where? The amount of available knowledge is finite, and that really bothers me. Get on it, people. Go out and make me some new reading material.

Quantum mechanics and astrophysics are second-cousins. Once you go further past quantum mechanics, everything starts to just resemble philosophy, and you end up starting back at the beginning of the philosophy/logic -> math -> physics chain.
