So there's this girl...

How it began: A friend's girlfriend.

A little later: A friend's ex girlfriend, of whom I should be very afriad.

Then: An aquaintance, a companion, a party buddy.

Later: A very good friend who I can always depend on for a good time and a few laughs.

Recently: A true friend who needed support and love. I was glad to give her this, we loved each other in a way where when one was down the other was right there to pick up the pieces.

Now: My "wife." I can't imagine not being close to her or having her call me and text me throughout the day.

She doesn't know this, but she called me just a few minutes ago not ten minutes after I had a self-induced break down. I don't know if it was her wife-dar, her friend-dar, or just really good timing. But you bet your ass she plastered a smile on my face and now tonight will be a damn good night.

Thank you, Muffy. We've had our troubles before, I'm sure we'll have them again, but you're one hell of a girl and I'm glad we found each other in all the mess of this last year.
